We are often questioned that how big the stock removal is for this sander? , we can not give a fixed answer on this, because the sanding machine stock removal is affected by several factors.
1, The abrasive grit, the rough abrasive belt can remove more, and the fine abrasive belt removes less.
2, The feeding speed, the slower feeding speed can increase the stock removal, and the faster feeding speed can decrease the stock removal.
3, The working pieces hardness, if you sand hard panels, the stock removal would be less, and if you sand soft panels, the removal would be more.
4, The motor power, bigger motor power for bigger stock removal, and smaller motor power for smaller stock removal.
